Project Features: Spacious commercial areas, tenant courtyards, fabricated steel canopies, and structured parking. The project was developed using design-build.
The Aries

The Aries is a new 206,000-square-foot transit-oriented apartment community at 916 N. 143rd St. in Seattle’s Bitter Lake neighborhood.
North Star

100-units of housing over 63,385-square-feet for single, for disabled formerly-homeless adults.
Holly Ridge
Seven four-story wood-framed garden style apartment buildings with a single recreation center building featuring spa and pool amenities. Two of the buildings contained tuck-under parking for (11) structured parking stalls. The buildings totaled (121) units of affordable housing over a total of 195,000 GSF.
Rivulet Apartments
78-units of apartment units in Silverdale, divided between two buildings over approximately 65,000 GSF. Project features include being a transit-oriented-development, with accessible public transportation, as well as (117) parking stalls. There are several tenant outdoor decks, a fitness center, bike room, business center, dog agility park, and close access to a nearby Safeway.
Burien Supportive Housing

This development created 95-studio units of housing with supportive services onsite including behavioral health care, crisis intervention, and employment services. There is also an indoor and outdoor community spaces for single adults who are disabled and formerly homeless.

176-units of apartment units in Mukilteo, divided between five buildings over approximately 189,000 GSF. Project features include a tenant clubhouse space with a basketball court, spa and pool amenities, and spacious balconies.
