Housing Hilltop
Housing Hilltop is Tacoma Housing Authority's largest affordable housing project developed in nearly twenty years. Bringing 231 units, and over 13,000 square feet of commercial space designated for local, BIPOC-owned businesses, Housing Hilltop was designed with input and support from Hilltop community members.
Project Size: 231-units, affordable. Type V-A over Type I-A construction. Two buildings separated by 11th Avenue.
Project Features: Spacious commercial areas, tenant courtyards, fabricated steel canopies, and structured parking. The project was developed using design-build.
